如何筹备团体上门体检服务

某大型单位人力资源部人员较少，上上下下的工作人员不过十名左右。在日常的工作中，中心主任老张总是感到人手紧张。平时工作就比较忙，要是到了筹办大规模的员工体检的时候，老张更是忙得焦头烂额，却还会出现捉襟见肘的情况。最近，该单位为了给员工提供福利，关注员工健康，准备让老张给全厂的职工组织一次健康体检。老张很高兴能到这样一个公司工作，因为领导对员工真的是很关心，但是看到自己手下匆忙而辛苦工作的职员，他不免忧虑起来。“现在每天的工作都忙不完，再加上这样一个大的项目，人员怎么调配呢？组织大家去医院，需要去租班车，安全是个问题，很多人不认识路，而且对医院的流程不了解，很多人做完体检连体检表交到哪里都不知道，而且工厂现在这么忙，把他们安排出来体检，生产肯定会受到影响。”他心中暗暗琢磨起来。
记者看到眉头紧琐的老张，不知出了什么事，就问：“主任，你有什么事情为难吗？”
老张：“哎，我们部门人少，每天大家都有很多事情要做，现在我们厂又让我们给厂里员工做体检，我正为我们人手不够犯愁呢！如果安排去医院或者体检中心，安排这么多人离开工厂很不实际，而且影响工作，”
记者就此事采访了北京医协健康管理中心的王韧主任，王主任说：“其实，作为象他们这样的人数众多的企事业单位，可以采取聘请专家上门体检服务的方式进行体检。这样的方式既方便又经济”
老张一听这个主意，“对呀，这是一个好主意。我们可以聘请医院的专家来我们单位给员工做体检啊。这样，我们就可以不用兴师动众的让大家出厂体检了，体检完还可以接着上班，节省大量的时间和有限的人力了。”老张高兴说。“但是，聘请医生来公司，会不会很麻烦，体检费用很高呢？”
王主任解释道：“上门体检服务，只需要体检单位准备几间体检用房，中心会准备所有的体检用品，包括各科室的门牌都是中心准备，体检费用会比去医院或者体检中心更便宜，因为上门体检服务，省去了体检场地这块主要的成本，所以价格更优惠” 当记者跟老张说完这些的时候。“那我赶紧来办这件事情，”老张说，“马上和医院联系，在联系的时候一定要注意体检医生的资质！这个是关系到体检质量好坏的关键”
上门体检这个办法果然好。经过医协健康管理中心王主任的精心安排，各科体检医生的服务很周到，公司员工对自己的身体状况都有一个很全面的了解，全年因病缺勤率大大降低，而且增强了公司的凝聚力，老张圆满完成了这次任务。后来，公司将上门体检这项福利作为一项政策固定下来，每年定时请专家上门服务，以后老张的工作更省心了。
诊断结果：人数众多的企业非常不方便安排大型的集体活动。但可以采取让服务机构上门服务的方式避免这样的缺陷。
处理建议：
1．可以采取聘请医院的专家队伍上门体检的方式筹办全员的职工体检。
2．对聘请来的专家资质一定要关注，这是决定一次体检服务好坏的关键。体检项目也一定要斟酌，在有限的费用上，多为员工争取点项目，因为少一个项目，就会漏查很多疾病。
3．尽量安排宽敞一些的体检场地，多跟医院负责筹办体检的医生沟通筹办细节
4．可以安排一两个专人负责这项工作。
